Championship Format: 54-Hole Team Tournament
Team: Each team is made up of three players
Scoring: 54-hole team stroke play event with the two lowest 18-hole gross scores counting each day; individual and team champions
Championship: ~6,000 yards; must have a combined team handicap index of 30.0 or less
Flighted: ~5,200 yards; must have a combined team handicap between 20.0 and 60.0. Flights will be determined after18-holes of play with the number of flights being based on the number of entries

Field Size: Maximum of 22 teams (66 players)
Who is Invited to Play:
Female amateur golfers
Priority is given to teams who have an Ohio resident on them through Friday, June 12, 2020.
Handicap Requirement: Have a current Handicap Index not exceeding 25.0
Team Entry $900.00
Entry fee includes cart fees and green fees for tournament play, range balls, prizes, and lunch on Monday and Wednesday, and social hour on Tuesday during the tournament at Alliance Country Club.
How Entries are Processed:
One third to one-half of the entire field will be held for the Championship Division with the Championship Division having no less than five teams.
One-half to two-thirds of the entire field will be held for the Flighted Division
Flighted Division teams will be processed on a first come first serve basis upon entries opening
After a division reaches maximum capacity, entries will be placed on an alternates list for that division on a first come first served basis
Any withdrawals from either division will be filled by an alternate from that division's alternate list on a first come first served basis
When a division's alternate list is exhausted, an alternate from another division may be used to fill an open spot
A team cannot switch divisions after the close of entries
If a team changes divisions after submitting an entry, and that Division is full, that team will be placed on the bottom of that division's alternate list
Incomplete Teams and Individuals: A two-person team can play and count both scores each day. However, two-person teams and individuals may contact Shirley Vaughn, who will post on the WOSGA's website a list of incomplete teams and individual players looking to join a team. No guarantees are made for partnerships. A two-person team must pay the complete entry fee. No individuals will be permitted to compete.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by Friday, July 10, 2020.
Players may walk, ride, or take a caddy.

Registration - 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
Practice Rounds - starting at 11:00 A.M.
Monday, August 3rd
First Round - 8:00 A.M.
Tee times from #1 and #10 tee
Buffet Lunch - Rolling from ~ 11:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
At the completion of the round, flights in the Flighted Division will be determined
Tuesday, August 4th
Second Round - 8:00 A.M.
Tee times from #1 and #10 tee
Social Hour - 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Wednesday, August 5th
Final Round - 8:30 A.M.
Closing luncheon immediately following the close of play;
awards are presented at the luncheon
