Member of a Private Club in Ohio that has paid 2019 WOSGA membership dues and has a current Handicap Index® not exceeding 25.0
If not a member of a Private Club in Ohio which has paid the current years’ WOSGA membership dues, has a current USGA Handicap Index® not exceeding 22.0
A player’s eligibility is determined by their USGA Handicap Index® in effect on the date their entry was submitted
Member - $250 - check the list of member clubs; if your club isn't a member they can join WOSGA for $50
Non-Member - $275 - pub links players and members of private clubs that are not WOSGA members
Entry fee includes cart fees for the practice round and two days of tournament play, driving range balls, bag storage, Player’s Dinner on Monday and Closing Luncheon on Tuesday at Youngstown Country Club during the Championship, and prizes.

Entries of members of dues-paying clubs shall have priority acceptance until April 29, 2019.

Players registration will be between 7:30 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. on May 20, 2019. Please check in with the starter 20 minutes before tee time. Players who fail to show up for tee time forfeit their entry fee and will be ineligible to play in WOGSA events for one year. If a player must withdraw on the day of the championship, please leave a voicemail for Tournament Manager, Debra J. McNichols or Nancy Battista-Allen.
To accommodate the shotgun start on Tuesday, bag storage at Youngstown Country Club is mandatory on Monday night.
Practice rounds are available on Sunday, May 19, 2019, beginning at 1:00 P.M. Contact the pro shop, beginning on April 29, 2019, to schedule a practice round tee time. All contestants must call the course to arrange their practice round.
In the event of a tie of the lowest score for the Championship, the winner shall be determined immediately by a sudden death playoff. In the event of a tie of the lowest score in a flight, and all other ties, the winner shall be determined immediately by a scorecard playoff using the multiple tee start with the "last nine holes, last six holes, etc." considered to be holes 10-18, 13-18, etc. In the case that the scorecard playoff is still tied after the 18th hole, then the secondary method will be "Last to First."
Caddies and Automotive Transportation - Automotive transportation is required. The player is prohibited from using a caddie during the stipulated round.

Acceptance into Field - WOSGA may reject, at their discretion, an entry application, revoke an accepted application, expel from the Championship or suspend a player from future championships for any reason including improper withdrawal from the Championship or unbecoming conduct. All entries are subject to acceptance by the WOSGA.
Decisions - The decision of the Championships Committee/on-site Rules Committee in any matter will be final. The WOSGA Executive Committee reserves the right to alter any of the Conditions, Local Rules, Provisions, and Schedules herein, available at www.wosga.org, or provided as supplemental information for the Championship.
Field Size - WOSGA reserves the right to modify field size at any time and select players based on Handicap Index®.
Substitutions - If a player withdraws before or on the first day of the Championship before playing their first stroke, substitution is allowable. A list of alternates (Championship Alternate List) shall be maintained by the WOSGA. Vacancies in the field will be offered to alternates in order of Handicap Index®. Any tie for the last spot in the field by an alternate will be settled by drawing of lot.
Withdrawal - After the start of the Championship, a player must have the consent of the WOSGA Executive Committee (not host club personnel) to withdraw from the Championship. Players must contact Tournament Managers, Debra J. McNichols or Nancy Battista-Allen to withdraw from the Championship. If a player withdraws without this consent, they shall be ineligible to play in the championship for one year.
Refunds - A $30.00 service fee will be deducted from all refunds. The entry fee will be refunded, minus the service fee, regardless of the reason, if Tournament Managers, Debra J. McNichols or Nancy Battista-Allen is notified before entries close. After the entries close, the entry fee will be refunded, minus the service fee, for injury or illness if requested by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, May 13, 2019. No refunds will be issued for any reason after Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Any entry fee paid by an alternate with a position on the official Championship Alternate List who is not accepted into the Championship will be refunded in full.
